License
AutoReach is free, source-available software owned by Konstantinos Batziakas. You are free to use, copy, modify, and self-host it for personal or internal business purposes. Commercial resale, sublicensing, and offering it as a paid service are prohibited without explicit written permission. See the full license for details.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AutoReach only for lawful purposes. You must not use AutoReach to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or business
- Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
- Scrape or harvest personal data without a lawful basis
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
Self-Hosted Software
AutoReach is designed to be self-hosted. When you deploy AutoReach on your own server, you are solely responsible for:
- The security and configuration of your server
- All emails sent through your instance
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- The data you store and process
No Warranty
AutoReach is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors make no representations about the suitability of this software for any purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the AutoReach contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this software.
Third-Party Services
AutoReach integrates with third-party APIs (Google Maps, Groq, Gmail). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms of service. AutoReach is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Groq, Discord, or GitHub.
Cold Email Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for the emails you send using AutoReach. This includes ensuring you have a lawful basis for contacting recipients, including a clear opt-out mechanism, and honouring unsubscribe requests. The AutoReach project accepts no liability for how you use the software.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
